What would they refuse Communion for?
If Cardinals McCarrick, Mahony et al. do not find enabling the abortions of millions of babies a sufficient reason to deny Holy Communion, what offense would they refuse Communion for?
Reading Michael Rose books? Listening to Rush Limbaugh? Telling Teddy Kennedy jokes?
How about the offense of petitioning for the Tridentine Latin Mass? Kneeling to receive Communion? Hmm, we're getting warm. Kneeling after the Agnus Dei? Well, now...
How about the offense of homeschooling your innocent little children instead of sending them to a parochial school that has diocesan-mandated offensive sex education? Actually, that has already happened in some places, hasn't it -- refusing First Communion to the innocent children of conscientious Catholic parents.
Our Lady, Mother of the Eucharist, pray for us and our Church! Amen.

Please be kidding. Do you have an article? A parish?
I heard excerpts from watching EWTN reporting on the June meeting of the US Bishops voting and discussing Catholic Politicans that support abortion. It did seem the Bishops are grappling with the issue although the question did came up about pressure from groups to deny communion to politicans who in the public square deny church teaching. Listening to Card. McCorrick giving quidance urging dialogue seemed like a milk toast approach to save the Catholic soul.
What Kenneth Fisher said. I live in Washington, D.C. and can personally attest to Cardinal McCarrick's perpetual lying and dissembling. Remember the 2004 election?
The day that happens to me is the day I file a multi-billion dollar lawsuit against any parish that would refuse Communion to any of my (future) children.
May God have mercy on the decrepit souls of Cardinal's McCarrick and Mahoney.
Dear Consan,
Here is one example; this Catholic mom says her Diocese denied her kids the Sacraments simply because they were homeschooled. The Diocese did relent later on.

JOSEPH D'HIPPOLITO SAYS...
What would they deny the Eucharist for?
Probably for kneeling before it. Just ask Tod Brown...
