These interfaith "prayer" services have no place in a Catholic church.

I agree. They have no place in a Catholic Church.
But what kind of leg do you have to stand on when JPII did the same thing back in '86 at Assisi?
btw, funny how God punished the holy Franciscans at Assisi with that terrible earthquake precisely one year later...to the day.

I like that look of faux devotion on the part of those two apostates.
--Yeah, Assisi was certainly not a high point in the last pontificate.
