Sworn testimony by priests will not be sealed

LOS ANGELES TIMES reports ...

Los Angeles Cardinal Roger M. Mahony failed Tuesday to persuade a judge to seal sworn testimony by priests and other witnesses about allegations of decades-old child molestations by Roman Catholic clergy.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Haley J. Fromholz overruled arguments from Mahony's lawyers that the release might prejudice potential jurors against the church.

It is only a matter of time before the evil that has been covered up and allowed is made VERY very public to the further scandal and lose of faith among the people. Next year the da vinci code movie will come out and the very divinity of Christ will be further doubted and what h as been going on in the church claiming to be founded by Him will give 'proof' that it also is not divine--at least to the eyes of some. Let the remnant be strong! There is much ahead and prayer and sacrifice are needed for those whose faith is weak. We must give witness to the Truth.
