Bounce 'em?

Public excommunication. not just quiet automatic excommunication, might be in store for politicians and scientists who kill people who are at the embryonic stage.

That is what it sounded as if Cardinal Alfonso Lopez Trujillo was saying this week.

Here is an excerpt from one report (click on this post's title): "Scientists who carry out embryonic stem cell research and politicians who pass laws permitting the practice will be excommunicated, the Vatican said yesterday. 'Destroying human embryos is equivalent to an abortion. It is the same thing,' said Cardinal Alfonso Lopez Trujillo, head of the Pontifical Council for the Family. 'Excommunication will be applied to the women, doctors and researchers who eliminate embryos [and to the] politicians that approve the law,' he said in an interview with Famiglia Christiana, an official Vatican magazine."

Will Cardinal Mahony back him up? Will Cardinal McCarrick? Archbishop Wuerl?

Let us see if the rubber hits the road soon and some U.S. politicians get excommunicated before the November elections. That might be unlikely; but as they say in baseball, you never know.

You can count on the usual suspects to not be in line with what the Vatican says.

With all due respect, Cardinal Trujillo is grandstanding, just like about every other cardinal when discussing political issues. If Rome really took such rhetoric seriously, it would not only excommunicate publically those priests who molested children and teenagers but also the bishops who enabled them.

This is not related to the current blog subject, but I just read an article in the “Catholic Family News” on the “Cristero Rebellion” and thought your blogers would be interested in my comments.

Many on this blog have expressed the opinion that the Mexicans who come here are lazy, nothing could be further from the truth, some are lazy but not even most are lazy!

I am totally opposed to illegal immigration, but I also know more about Mexican History than even most Mexicans do.

To start off with, Juarez was no liberator of Mexico but an enslaver. He turned Mexico into a Masonic run Nation. He betrayed the Jesuits who gave him an education. When the Mexican people chased him out of Mexico City, he sought and got help from our Masonic then President Woodrow Wilson who illegally sent the U.S. Fleet to stop the blockade that the Mexican people had put up to defeat Juarez. This was after he had fled to Vera Cruz.

Not only have most Mexicans not been taught this Historical truth, but neither have the Americans in the Secular Humanist Public School System been taught this historical truth.

So there you have it, America is very much responsible for the fact that Juarez's Masonic led PRI dictated to the Mexican people for far too long! So our hands are not clean in the creation of this very corrupt Mexican government, and many Mexicans know that!

Which one of you, if the feeding of your family depended on whether or not you would brave the border guards and climb over or under a fence would not do so?

Don't blame the poor Mexican people, blame our government and the government our government helped establish against the will of its people for the mess. That would be the position of a true and honest Conservative. Having said that, I also firmly support the closing of our borders to all illegals, and I supported Proposition 187 as well.

I hope and pray so too, but Mexico is on the same down slope as is the United States. Still we pray.

I am a Catholic bachelor of Latin descent, and I am disgusted!

It seems now that every time I go shopping, it has become a near occasion of sin for me because our women for the most part have completely lost all sense of decency.

I can almost describe panel by panel many stores ceilings because I had to distract my eyes away from the female persons in front of me.

I must confess that if it would do any good, I would take a whip and try to whip some sense into these females. I say females because Our Lord used the term “Woman” when speaking of His and our Mother.

As far as I can tell, the Blessed Mother, whether at approved or as yet unapproved apparitions has warned females of the devil’s plans to destroy the morals of mankind through immodest fashions. Because of this, you would think that Catholic women would be especially wary of those plans. Nothing could be further from the truth! Latin females seem to be the most flagrant flaunters against these heavenly warnings, and for that I am deeply ashamed.

Do these females believe that when they are called before God, they will be able to use the excuse that the largely homosexual fashion industry told them it is ok?

Quite often these females also sport a tattoo, and this tattoo is very often located in a very compromising, to say the least, position. This is also especially true for the Latina females. When I was a boy in Catholic School, I was taught by the good Nuns, that it is a sin to unnecessarily disfigure ones body because the body is the temple of the Holy Ghost. How things have been changed by the apostate Am-church!

Do these females believe that they will be able to tell Him that they thought it was better to listen to Madonna rather than thee Madonna, Mother of God?

This is the only area in which I admire the Moslem women. They seem to have a much better, although exaggerated; view of the virtue of modesty than do those who should be influenced by the Mother of God. I think there will probably be a lot more women in heaven who exaggerated modesty, than there will be those who ignored His Mother on this issue.

The great Mystic and Saint, Padre Pio of Petralcina, was known for his insistence on Catholic modesty, yet I often see females at Padre Pio events wearing the very fashions he condemned so much.

I also often see females at events commemorating the very apparition in which She specifically and emphatically warned mankind of the devil’s plan, wearing those same fashions, poor ignorant souls!

It is said that the Blessed Mother has stated that Her Son is most offended at places of summer resort. What do you think she meant about that, could it possibly be the very skimpy almost nothing bathing suits both females and males are wearing today?

When I had a Web Radio Show, I often brought this subject up, since then the situation has deteriorated exponentially. Until I can get another show, this seems to be my only avenue to try to warn those who are willing to learn. When I see these unfortunate souls, I can’t help but pray for them and for their priests and Bishops who never preached on this soul destroying subject, and I can’t help but wonder how Heaven must feel about these priests, including their Bishops, who placed being popular and liked ahead of God’s Will,

Many such priests say to me that they can’t say anything because of their modernist Bishop, to which I reply “Isn’t it better for you to follow God than to follow your errant Bishop into the fires of Hell?

I would very much like to hear from priests who read this column and from others as well, especially the women.
