Hi and hola, after a while away from the blog
Hi, hola, and thank you very, very much for checking in here.
For the last four months, since July, I've been not posting, because of extra pressures of trying to earn a living. But I'll try to post again sometimes, "like we did last summer" (did you ever hear of that dance craze song from the Sixties, "Let's Twist Again Like We Did Last Summer?").
But today is the Feast of St. Charles Borromeo, the patron saint of bishops, so let's ask this great saint to pray for all our intentions today and every day.
Let's keep our Cardinal, our Coadjutor, our bishops, all our clergy and all our religious in our prayers, and all our lay people, too.
Also, let's keep in prayer the success of the pro-life baby-savers in this Archdiocese, saints among us.

Hey, welcome back, Q! I'm glad that you have employment; it is truly a blessing. Especially in these tough economic times.
You are sooooooo right. The disunion, obstinacy, and quite frankly, disobedience, of Catholic prelates, as well as some priests in general, leads me to believe that we are living through the heart-breaking Akita prophecies. So praying for the conversion and sanctification of our priests, of all levels of authority, is tantamount.
When it comes to our bishops, I especially pray for the intercession of St. Thomas Beckett.
Again, welcome back!
P.S. Guess who deemed the Akita messages worthy of belief in the late 1980's?
...It was our dear Papa Beni when he was Cardinal Ratzinger!

Making a living...eating is such an expensive habit, isn't it?
We should, of course, pray for our priests, even those with whom we might disagree. Let's pray for seminarians, and that there will be more of them with their eyes turned toward the service of God at the altar.

You are so right about praying for our priests and bishops. We can never pray for them enough. What would we do without them?
Thanks for the reminder about seeking the intercession of St. Thomas a Becket! St. Charles Borromeo is another intercessor for bishops. They'll make a powerful team if we call on them.
Thanks also for the news that it was Cardinal Ratzinger who deemed the Akita messages worthy of belief.
