About Latin Masses in the Archdiocese of L.A.
A commenter kindly wrote recently to ask where Latin Masses are celebrated in Los Angeles.
The web site of the Archdiocese has a list at:
http://www.la-archdiocese.org/directories/parishes/indult.html
I suppose the list is current.
Cardinal Arinze has said that there should be at least one Latin Mass every weekend in every parish everywhere. We have a way to go to meet that goal, don't we? (I don't have the citation handy for that statement by Cardinal Arinze.)

I read somewhere that there is also an EF Mass at Dominguez Seminary on some Sundays, but I have not been able to confirm that information. If anyone knows whether or not this is true, I'd appreciate a comment, possibly somewhere in this thread.
Thanks!
Quintero, after a little digging through your archives, I found the name of the canon lawyer I was looking for: Kenneth Fisher, who founded this group called Concerned Roman Catholic Of America. Do you know how I can get ahold of him? I tried Googling him and couldn't get contact info. Many thanks.
Dear Tominellay,
Thanks for the lead.
Dear Joseph,
Just so you'll know -- good friend Ken Fisher is not a canon lawyer. He surely knows a lot about our Faith, but he isn't a canon lawyer.

A Solemn High Mass will be offered at St. Victor's in West Hollywood this Friday, May 1st at 8:00pm. Details can be found here:

Please post it up and spread the word. God bless!
Dear Mark,
Thank you for checking, finding, and reporting this good news!
Unfortunately, the list isn't up to date, and we lost one, at Santa Teresita in Duarte. As of the New Year, the nuns were not allowing the Extraordinary form of the mass any longer. Not sure why.
Dear StarbucksMom,
Thanks very much for the update.
Can anyone deny that the Archdiocese of Los Angeles is in a serious disconnect with Pope Benedict's wishes for the Church's liturgy?
There is a EF Mass at the Dominguez Seminary on the first Sunday of every month.
Una Voce Los Angeles posts EF Mass info on its website: www.unavocela.org

Dear Robert,
Thank you for the tips! Much appreciated.
Just one weekly Latin mass in all of Los Angeles?
