The latest Tidings publicizes pro-life events
The next couple of weeks' pro-life events get mentioned in the latest issue (Jan. 9, 2009) of Cardinal Mahony's archdiocesan newspaper, The Tidings.
One article, about upcoming events in the archdiocese, includes the Requiem Mass for the Unborn at the Cathedral at 6 p.m. on Saturday, January 24:

(Incidentally, the Cathedral's web site at olacathedral.com has the correct date, Jan. 24, for the Requiem Mass for the Unborn but the wrong day. The Mass is Saturday, not Sunday.)
Another January 9 Tidings article (click on this post's title) publicizes this year's March for Life in Washington, D.C., on Thursday, Jan. 22, and the West Coast Walk for Life in San Francisco on Saturday, Jan. 24.

Deo Gratias, I pray that this is a turn (knowing this is likely the token pro-Life event quota for the year for the Tidings)..but I pray the Tidings does more of this.
