Show your pro-life colors -- take part in the L.A. March for Life on Sat., March 14, in Encino

Mark your calendar now! Here's a good way to show your pro-life colors: Take part in the 6th Annual L.A. March for Life on Saturday, March 14, along Ventura Blvd. in Encino.

The march is ecumenical and for all ages. It covers two miles, total, and starts and ends at St. Cyril of Jerusalem Catholic Church, 15520 Ventura Blvd. in Encino.

Registration for the march is $5, and it's for a great cause: All the moms and babies who are helped by the Pregnancy Counseling Center in Mission Hills. Registration starts at 8 a.m., there's an opening ceremony at 9 a.m., and the walk is from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.

The actively pro-life Knights of Columbus Van Nuys Council 3148 are the sponsors.
